N69622, 1974 CESSNA MODEL T310Q
The aircraft was originally modified for aerial photography by Abrams aerial Surveys in 1982 utilizing their own STC which consisted of 16" round camera port and a view finder provision immediately behind the co-pilot seat. While adequate for aerial photo work, the location and size of the camera port restricted it's ability for other aerial survey applications and did not have adequate clearance for the newer PAV30 gyro-stabilized camera mount.

The decision was made to modify the camera port utilizing original Cessna engineered (FAA-APPROVED) drawings for a 20'' x 27'' camera port. Due to the complexity and skill needed for this undertaking, this modification was best done in-house.

In addition to the camera port re-location, Keystone's custom camera floor mount was up-graded and the camera's dedicated GPS antenna was relocated within 1 cm. of the new location of the camera.

The aircraft's camera position and it's dedicated GPS antenna were accurately surveyed for precision GPS aerial photography work in January 2004.
