General Information - Terms and Conditions

 

Keystone Aerial Surveys, Inc. based at (PNE) Philadelphia Northeast Airport is a full service flight and laboratory operation that offers complete black & white processing and printing capabilities, also complete color printing capabilities. We also have two Leica scanners (DSW600 & DSW500) capable of handling large projects effortlessly. Call us with your special needs.

 

Our printing capabilities include color and black & white contact prints, film diapositives, enlargements. We must receive a signed quotation in order for us to proceed. Operating Hours
Keystone Aerial Surveys, Inc. is open from Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time. As a special service to our customers, our flight department operates 364 days per year. (closed Christmas) Any weather related or special situations are posted on our company voicemail system. You can also fax your requests.

 

Opening an Account
To open and account with Keystone Aerial Surveys, Inc. we ask that you complete our credit application form. You will be notified in 5 to 7 business days of the results.

 

Payment Terms
Keystone Aerial Surveys, Inc. operates on a payment term of Net 30. Billing is done monthly. Payment can also be made by any major credit cards, or C.O.D.

 

Turnaround Time
The standard turnaround time for orders are 3 to 5 business days. For large quantities, please indicate your deadline. For special requests, contact us for individual situations.

 

Shipping
All major shipping carriers deliver and pickup from Keystone Aerial Surveys, Inc. Please indicate on your order the method of shipping you prefer. We use FEDEX 2nd day as our primary shipper/method.

 

Remakes
In the event that a remake is necessary, we require that you provide verification of the problem. Please return the product and include clear written instructions explaining why the product was unacceptable. We must be notified of any problems with the order within 10 days of the arrival date.
